“We enjoyed the area. The chalet was well equipped unfortunately everything you touched was really greasy. The cooker top was discussing. We only used the fridge and kettle throughout our stay thankfully I had mugs with us. Lots of cobwebs and spiders and a slug or snail across the carpet every night. To enter the bathroom you had to go in sideways. The sink was full of shaver hairs and shaving foam the toothbrush holder hadn't been cleaned for months. The toilet brush would have made you sick……

“Very accommodating for a group of 7 friends lovely location pool and hot tub went down well. Rooms were comfortable and clean kitchen and bathroom. Barbecue has a hole in it which can be used but replaceable aswell ”

“When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. Other than that they were very accommodating and even offered us a two bed they had available as there were 4 of us which was really nice of them. Chalet was……

“Bank holiday weekend away with 12 adults, 7 children and 2 dogs.Each cottage was clean and fully equipped with kitchen and bathroom equipment. The bedrooms were all of a good size and there was plenty of communal space with a dining table and sofas in each.The pool was clean and the hot tub was a hit! There was plenty of land to excercise the dogs and the children!!The hosts were accommodating without being overbearing. All in all a great break had by all and I would recommend highly”

“On arrival it was very evident the caravan had not been cleaned for some time. Full stinking bin, bathroom was disgusting. Caravan smelt rancid. I immediately took photos and sent to owner who refunded us £30 which apparently is the cost of the cleaner! Not the best start to a weekend away having to clean up other people’s mess. The caravan owner in front of ours was at my car door before I’d even turned the engine off telling me where I could and couldn’t park, she was very rude, clearly very……
