“This property is well maintained and the perfect location. It is 5 minutes from the heart of Collingwood and 10 minutes from Blue Mountain. Would highly recommend. ”

“Two bedrooms, no linens and towels (as stated in description), bring your soap and toilet paper. Coffee machine needs whole bean coffee. The air conditioning is in the living room only but it's very strong, if you leave bedroom doors open you might need a warmer blanket, so it's great. Warm water in the shower runs out after two quick showers until the boiler warms up some more. 1-2min walk to the beach. Found some shards of glass from bottles in the sand, near BBQ machine, so wear your flip……

“Expedia description of house is misleading. We expected the entire house, as per description but when we arrived there was already someone in the house and were informed we only booked the basement. How does the entire house become just a smelly basement apartment. And the upstairs renters had the master code to the basement and let us in as our pass code didn't work. We felt unsafe. The Bay Suites, the host company, lied and said they changed the master code so the upstairs renters……

“NO ONE should book with this person - he cancelled on me and my family of 35 people LESS than an hour before our stay because he said he has just found out a few minutes before out check in that the heat in the house was not working. Then he was trying to take our money and offer us a much smaller less appealing looking place for 35 people which would have been impossible to fit anyways. And its been over a weeks time and i have still NOT received my refund. Do NOT make the same mistake I did,……

The place was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. “The Good: The property was as advertised with all house amenities present and available. Exterior amenities would be amazing in the summer when all available.- Pool table, foosball and ping pong were great fun- BBQ, dining table, cutlery and dishware made a group meal easy- The provided toiletries were a plus- Bath / shower consumables were quality- Provided slippers, robes and towels were awesome.- The sauna worked well and was a huge hitThe bad: Due to snow the owner tried to cancel the agreed……
