“We stayed as a family of four with two young children at the end of summer. The property is beautiful and the water very shallow quite a ways out so it was perfect for our 1.5 and 2.5 year olds. They had a blast playing in the water, riding around in the kayak and playing with some beach toys provided. The cottage got both very hot and cold while we were there with the fluctuating temps that week. The fans in every room work wonders and there is heating if needed. Adequate and comfortable……

“A cottage well equipped to make meals, enjoy sunsets in porch without worry of mosquitos, equipment for folks who enjoy water sports. However, no TV coverage, only WIFI so evenings , if not folks who enjoy doing games, watching DVDs, evenings can be boring. Toilet usage can be a bit troublesome if a large group as takes time for removal of wastes via toilet. Overall, for us, it met our needs. ”

“From when I checked in to when I left I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The space was lovely! I really liked that the kitchen/dining room area was separate from the livingroom/sleeping area. The place was very clean and tidy. I spent tbe majorly of my stay around the Arnprior area, so the location was perfect. And the view!!!!! The Ottawa river never fails to impress, and the leaves changing colour made it that much better! I would happily recommend the space to anyone i know. ”

“We had a large bachelor party at Martin's and it was perfect. The pictures do not do this place justice. It's very spacious, clean, and we had no problems with food storage and cooking. The beach and waterfront are amazing!! Martin's communication with me was great, we had everything we needed. My friends and I will be talking about this weekend for a long time and I credit this to how exceptional Martin's place is. Thank you!”
