“The property is just as described and is perfect for anyone that wants to explore Duluth. Located by all the downtown amenities with easy parking which is very hard to find in the busy months. Great for families and pets, or even just a weekend away with your better half. The hosts were fantastic and worked with us to make the stay great. Great communication with clear checking and check out instructions. We frequent Duluth quite a bit with the kids sports and will definitely be staying here……

“This condo is terrific. Super clean, great location, beautiful design, all amenities, etc. Two notes: first, the shower water in the upstairs bathroom is very very hot. I’m not sure if that can be adjusted, but on the coldest water temp, it was still too hot for a shower longer than a couple minutes. Second, the bathrooms on the main level and basement have pedestal sinks. So if you are unable to go up stairs, just know that your counter space is limited on the main floor and bottom floor……

“We absolutely loved our stay in Duluth! The location was perfect—central to everything we wanted to do. The place was very clean and had a safe, welcoming feel to it. “My family (Dad, sisters, partners, and adult children) had an enjoyable stay here. The location allows for easy access to many great places in the downtown area making it a great spot if you don't want to drive to local bars, restaurants, cafes, etc. Street parking is not allowed overnight, but the hosts have nearby parking for a vehicle, and there is a parking ramp nearby that isn't too expensive for any extra vehicles. The loft is clean, with 2.5 bathrooms, plenty of seating, games, hot tub,……

“We absolutely loved the facility. They thought of everything that you might need. The parking was a little sketchy as one of our people were handicapped. Also unloading our belongings was very creative.”

“We were here for a weekend tournament down at the DECC and this was a great rental for that purpose! A few minutes from door to door, comfy beds, well stocked, thoughtfully appointed, and a wonderful sunny views! ”

“The Brix is a great option for a family getaway to Duluth. Space is clean and thoughtfully decorated / organized to allow for relaxation! Kitchen is fully appointed with all utensils and supplies you might need plus an extra roll of paper towel! Great coffee/tea bar. We had plenty of towels which was handy for after pool rinsing. “Before we even entered the rental we were enchanted with the view. Lake Superior is RIGHT THERE!! It was amazing, but of course, it got better. Entering the space (quite easily thanks to Tabitha's instructions) magnified the water view. Once we took our eyes off the view, we realized how amazing the rental space is all on its own. The layout is exactly as described in the listing. Three floors with the lower level feeling like its own private oasis as there is a door to close off from the main……
