“房间很好，木质地板也很干净，家具之类很干净，床也很舒服，没异味，这点我很满意，就是厕所没有排气扇，不知道是不是坏了”

“Arrived at 3 am to find many homeless gathered around the property. Lobby was locked ofcourse. Staff wasn’t rude but not friendly either. Room was beyond disgusting. We stayed for 4 hours and checked out and didn’t stay our other 2 days. Mold growing, dirt, dust, yellowing to bed covers, found shredded cheese between sheets. Holes in the wall, the deadbolt on door was broke off so no security. Evidence that door had been kicked in. Killed 2 bugs on walls and not declearing “bed bug” but found……

“The girl that was checking ys in wasn't too friendly but the cleaning staff and the lady when we checked out were all nice. The facility and room was very clean. Will definitely stay again.”

“We did not like that a light pole with a very bright light shined in the window all night. And yes we had the curtains and the liner closed. We even put a towel over the curtains. Didn’t help!”

“If you are ready to be pampered in the most lovely, historic setting then the Zevely Inn is for you! Our room was cozy and the made-from-stratch breakfasts served by the innkeeper absolutely delicious! And she was delightful, so welcoming and full of stories, but still giving us privacy to soak in every morsel of Old Salem charm in the home owned by Dr. Zevely. We're going back as soon as possible!”

“The hotel quality does not match the price at all, about 600dollar per night, but the quality of the hotel facilities, such as the bed and shower room design, is horrible; there is no door for the shower, and the water was splashed outside when you are taking a shower and you feel cold too. The shower head is high and you have to raise your head to avoild your hair wet. For example, the desk light was broken. Furnitures are old... Never come again.”

“All the hotel staff members I interacted with were just wonderful! From accommodating an early check-in to parking advice to a friendly smile at breakfast, I was so impressed by their kindness and efficiency.”

“Excellent property and very clean. Awesome breakfast- waffles are super good! The only thing we wish were different is they no longer offer free parking to paying hotel guests. This was disappointing. Otherwise, our stay was very nice.”

“Quick stay overnight, in town for a graduation. Didn't have a chance to use any amenities or eat breakfast. But what we saw was clean, safe, close to lots if dining. Just stay away from MLK drive area as with all big cities, sketchy area. But we would stay at Hawthorne again. ”
