“House was immaculate and well appointed. It was extremely comfortable and the host was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend! ”

“I like the staff at the front desk very much. Check-in is also very smooth, but the cleaning of the room is worrying. I was thirsty at night and drank only a little water left in my cup. I subconsciously glanced at the cup and then I woke up. There was a small cockroach in the cup. It was alive!!!! Then I couldn't sleep anymore. I checked my bed for cockroaches. It was terrible. And there were a lot of small cockroaches in the bathroom. I killed them before I went to bed. There were so many……

“Staff is super attentive asked for batteries to replace in the tv remote and a roll of tp and got them immediately. Someone also noticed my tire needed air and put some in overnight for me, i'm handicapped and would of had a hard time doing it myself”

“wonderful room but must say the day bed was unsleepable i snore so i tried to sleep on the day bed in the other part of the room and it had a terrible bar that goes across someone lying there on their higher back.. Had a great view of the ballpark”

“The public spaces and the rooms are immaculate. For less than $300 a night, I thought it was better than any room I've ever had in NYC including hotels for $1500 a night. We spend 4 months a year traveling the world and rarely have hotels as nice. Their dinning room is exquisite and very fairly priced. ”
