“House was immaculate and well appointed. It was extremely comfortable and the host was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend! ”

“We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. ”

“As stated very clean interior. The bed sheets were microfiber which unlike cotton do not breath and the pillows could certainly use an upgrade. future guests may like to bring their own. It would be nice to know how long to wait for reimbursement of the damage deposit and it certainly seems rather much. Speaking of which there was a small hole and ruined blind in the laundry room. Perhaps that could be noted so future guests have no concerns. The grounds needed to be tidied up. Potted plants……

“This was literally the best stay for a family of 16!! Everyone had their own privacy and were so happy with everything. Were had family from Texas SC and NC. Children and grands and ourselves. It was only a 30 min. Drive to The meadows in Walnut cove where the eldest of grands was married yesterday. The space the condition location and the FUN was amazing!! We made some great memories. ”

“The most terrible experience I have ever made!!!! they did not change towel daily, they did not clean room daily, office won't open until 10AM and shut at 11PM!!!!!”

“House was clean and amenities were good. House is in a great location. Be aware that there is another rental unit downstairs that may have other parties occuppying.”

“Perfect location while visiting HPU campus. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and very family friendly. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, and downtown Greensboro. The house was perfect for the weekend away, very clean, renovated, very nicely decorated. Little touches of flowers, pumpkins, and garden tomatoes made us feel right at home. Highly recommend. ”
