“All the amenities that we could want, fantastic location for food options! I was surprised that it’s not its own cottage, it’s a room with its own bathroom that is in the owner’s house. Owner responded quickly and available if we needed her. ”

“Wonderful property in a quiet, safe neighborhood within 10 minutes of almost everything in Winston-Salem. Good walking area (albeit hilly). Home was recently renovated with a very nice kitchen and bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower. Owner has stocked almost every amenity under the sun from K-Cups with creamer, sugar and Sweet and Low to wrapped toothbrushes and toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. Frequent travelers will even appreciate the high quality of the toilet paper……

“We were in town for a work conference and didn't want to stay in an over-priced hotel! This house was in a great location, within 15 minutes from downtown WS and close to many local restaurants. The house was very clean, updated, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a few days! The parking situation was great, we had 3 cars and there was plenty of space!
