“Abbiamo soggiornato 10 gg a inizio giugno, la location è pulita, familiare, silenziosa, rilassante. La Villa si trova a Kolios, su una collina, a 100 metri dalla strada principale, il che ci ha permesso di stare fuori dal caos ma con possibilità di rapidi spostamenti nell’isola. C’è sempre posto per parcheggiare l’automobile nel giardino o appena fuori. La stanza aveva l’accesso al terrazzino dove potevamo fare colazione e a volte la cena con vista mozzafiato su mare e colline, stupendo!, Le……

“Perfect quiet location. Very convenient to the bus station which I used to visit the various beautiful beaches. My room had a kitchenette area so I was able to get food from local store and keep in mini frigerator for my convenience. It’s easy breeze walking distance 5 minutes to get to Skiathos town center which is vibrant and where all the restaurants shops and bars/cafes are. The nearby New Port is nearby and lovely to walk by. I hope to return again in the future! ”

“You need to book a stay at this hotel in your next trip to Skiathos! Our host Fifl was amazing, she upgraded our stay to the beautiful suite on top floor of the hotel with amazing huge balcony and views of the sea and town. She loaded our mini fridge with lots of different drinks 🍺. She really took care of us, felt very personable with us and gave great recommendations to people she knew in town. The included breakfast was also homemade and delicious 😋 our favorite stay of our Greece trip! We……

“Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber. Der Empfang durch Angelos und Alex war herzlich und informativ. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig, obwohl es mitten in Skiathos ist. Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants befinden sich fußläufig in der Nähe.”

“Hotel Kostis was great value and overall perfect for what we needed. It’s a basic hotel room, no bells or whistles, but the location is perfect, right in the core of all the shops and restaurants. The staff and owner are wonderful, friendly, helpful, and kind. The hotel is clean and cute, if a tad dated, but for the price and location I would not complain at all. We were in Skiathos for the end of summer stormy weather, so, there wasn’t a lot to do indoors and being shoulder season. But overall……

“From the moment we were met at the airport we were treated so well. A lovely warm welcome at the hotel reception. Our room Was superb - immaculately clean. Lovely sea view. Extremely comfortable bed. Excellent shower with nice toiletries provided. A nespresso coffee machine was great too. All the staff we met were so polite and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was very good with a good selection of hot food as well as deliciously fresh sliced fruits. We loved it so much we’ve changed our plans……
