“It advertised breakfast was included but it wasn't. I was told it hasn't been included since COVID so they just haven't updated that info on there. Otherwise, it was clean and air conditioner worked, so that's good. Just had some water on the bathroom flooring and toilet kept running but everything else was good. Good customer service. They call in a taxi and food for you.”

“A few minutes after I booked the reservation, I get a direct message from the hotel through the app saying unfortunately we can’t host you due to unforeseen circumstances. They asked me to cancel the reservation from my end which involves a long and tedious process. The intermediary app kept calling the hotel asking them to confirm that they are indeed asking me to cancel, and they denied it. They wasted a few hours of my life trying to get this refund and kept saying they didn’t email me asking……

“Amazing staff!!! Very hospitable !!! Very clean room … cleaning services waited form me till 3 pm until I left the room to clean it … Get the bigger room with balcony. Unfortunately there is a new building coming up infront blocking the sea view. ”
