“The property was NOT as described. The pics looked better than the actual room was. The bedding had hair and lint on it. The cleaning gal changed all the bedding , however the room and surfaces were dirty. I used alcohol wipes to wipe the remote, bed side table, fridge and microwave and was shocked at how dirty it was. I also cleaned the bathroom. The beds seem old and worn. The price was good, however, i will noy stay here again nor will I recommend this to anyone else. ”

Was finally able to reach someone and was told our room had been missed by the cleaning staff and no one available to come and clean the room. . Was not offered another room even though place looked deserted. Ended up having to go find another room in another location. Host then proceeded to tell me I really had no booking because my card had been……
