“This is a clean and comfortable townhouse in a great location. It's just a short drive from downtown Petoskey, and the beach is practically next door. The beds are comfy, the bathrooms are clean and have decent water pressure i the shower, and there is plenty of space for a group of adults. The kitchen is fully stocked, and we appreciated the 12-cup coffee pot so we could make a bunch of coffee at once each morning. ”

“The townhouse was comfortable enough to make ourselves feel at home. The keypad entry was easy to use. The kitchen was clean, with plenty of dishes. The WiFi worked beautifully. Liked have a main floor powder room. The upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Would rent again if I’m in the area. ”

“Unit was impeccably clean when I arrived. Property is mid-century modern and very cute. Though decor has not been updated, it has been maintained perfectly and was very comfortable. The unit had EVERYTHING needed for a vacation, and was stocked with staples, including coffee, cooking oil, plastic wrap, etc. and every small kitchen appliance imaginable! The only thing I had to buy was toilet paper! The bedrooms had plenty of dresser space. Lighting was plentiful and the wrap around windows……
