“WOW! Wonderful hosts of a gorgeous property in the perfect location! The condo is stocked with everything (and I mean everything) you’d need! We enjoyed the spacious and comfortable living area, the kitchen is top chef appointed and the beds were fabulous! All of the special touches were appreciated (extra blankets, bathroom amenities, attention to cleanliness). Seriously, the VRBO I’ve stayed in. Ever. ”

“The rental was great. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Holland with restaurants and coffee shops right downstairs. The owners were very responsive, accommodating and very helpful with anything we needed. The place is spotless and has everything you need. Will definitely stay there again and highly recommend. ”

“Thank you for a wonderful place to stay. No real issues. Would line suggest a toaster for the kitchen. None was available. The front porch inside ceiling needs to be attached properly. The wind was blowing hard over the two days and it rattled so hard it sounded like a drill was being used outside the front door. Other than that all was great. Thank you!”

“Perfect location in NW Grand Rapids! 5 minute drive to Belknap Park and 20+ pickleball courts. 3 block walk to 6th Street restaurants. 4 block walk/drive to a Fresh Market Meijer. 10 minute drive to downtown… Amenities in this Union Square Condo building are wonderful and people friendly. Will stay again!!”

“Such an ideal location in the area of downtown Holland. We generally rent properties in the Macatawa area but wanted to be closer to downtown over the holidays......the condo was spotless and within a block or two of the exceptional downtown Holland restaurants. Strongly recommend this for couples (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) as well as families. A blow-up mattress and baby crib are on site. We'll be back!”

“Could not use the dryer in the laundry room for 2 weeks. After reporting this to the property manager, mechanic did not come right away, but only after a couple of days. Dryer made loud banging noise when in operation. Also during the night there was a banging noise in the condo next to ours, so disturbing nights for us”
