“The hot tub was one of the reason we booked this hotel but it was still broken seems like the hot tub is always broke at this location. We couldn't enjoy the pool either as it was way to cold and the it was a huge bummer that the water slide is still broken as well. Hopefully one day they get the pool area back up and running at full capacity. ”

“Being in a downtown area I expected some challenges but was never informed as to the $18.00 per day additional parking fee. This of course, added to the cost of my stay. I just wish this charge was "up front" instead of a "by the way". Caught me off guard. Overall, my stay was good... a clean, comfortable room is always appreciated. Rick B”
