“Clean and easy to locate. Easy on/off expressway. Close to attractions. However, curtains did not close properly, neither bedside light worked and housekeeping DID NOT pick up used towels nor left clean ones. Housekeeping DID NOT change bedding or make up the bed. ”

“This stay was perfect for our weekend visit to Grand Rapids. The hotel was clean and quiet, excellent location, and served great breakfast. The only negative was parking. There is a garage attached to the hotel but it’s not well-marked as hotel parking, and there is no specific info within booking information. Otherwise, parking is convenient and easy in/out. ”
