“The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable! The pictures accurately reflect the listing, and the space was very cute. Beds were l comfy for a rental, and there were plenty of towels and extra blankets. Julien was helpful and responsive, and he was accommodating for a later check-in. My only note is that the neighborhood is a bit rough, and the parking lot isn’t well lit. My mom and I were a bit uneasy walking across the parking lot at night to they to the front door of the building.……

“Condo was clean and as stated. Condo sleeps 6, but only 5 plates, 4 bowls and 4 coffee mugs. No rugs to wipe shoes on entry (sprinklers ran 2x a day, so shoes wet/muddy). Unfortunately, we planned to BBQ Saturday night (grill stated in description) the propane tank was empty! This should be checked before every rental. This was extremely disappointing”

“Perfect for a family getaway!!!”

“I visited Holland in late April with my friends/family and we had a wonderful time. The tulips were in full bloom and the downtown area was absolutely charming. Our accommodations at The Evelyn couldn’t have been better! The location is in the heart of downtown with lots of quaint shops and restaurants all just steps away. The property itself is stunning. Amy and Chris did a fabulous job with the design and interior decor. As you can see from the pictures, it’s beautiful. There’s a living……

“Absolutely perfect in every way. Communication from the host was immediate and accurate, the place was more than spotless! If I had not seen the guest book I would have thought we were the first to use it. Everything is updated. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of supplies (towels.dishes, etc.) and the location! Oh my you walk right out into the middle of where everyone wants to be - literally it is the perfect spot. And you would think you could hear street noise but no, nothing. It was……

“We were very pleased with this property which we booked for a family visit. Location near main travel arteries made for quick access to points of interest. Rooms were clean, linens were fresh and everything worked as it should. Elevators were quick, ample parking and helpful tenants/staff. This apartment was tastefully decorated, with all the amenities we needed. Host was very accommodating and available as needed. Will stay there again when the opportunity presents itself.”

“We were in town visiting family, this location was great with the 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. House was clean, location was great and Mike was wonderful with communication. We would definitely book again when we are in town in the future.”
