“We’re in the area for a wedding and had the pleasure to stay in this wonderful cottage. The layout is terrific for 2 couples and the location is great with convenient access to local attractions. Kitchen is well stocked and Internet works great - it was easy to get settled and feel comfortable right away.The home is perfectly maintained and had some nice extras as well (even some snacks). So thankful to Dustin for making this adorable cottage available for us to enjoy our stay in Amelia. Hope……

“The place was quaint, beautiful, and clean. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the communication. Maybe it was a fluke, but I sent a message the morning of check in stating I never received an email with the check in information. After driving the 4 1/2 hours to the location, I had to finally look up the property name to call them and ask for information. I then did receive texts and the check in email. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay, just not the stress of lack of contact……

“The property worked out perfectly for our extended family. We had four couples and 10 grandchildren - twelve and under down to one year old. The house was perfect. Large enough for all of us. We loved the baseball theme and it worked perfect to have our four grandsons in one bedroom with the two bunk beds and our six granddaughters in the other. I can see how it would be a great place for two or three families traveling together for baseball tournaments. There is a good size side yard where we……
