“This was our second time staying at the Cozy Cottage. The description of the house is accurate. Once again, we found the house to be very clean and well stocked with dishes and linens that we would need. The location is convenient to our relatives who live in Greeneville and is near stores, shops, restaurants, and historical sites. There is WiFi which allows you to stream networks while you relax in the evening. We love that there is a washer and dryer at the house as not all rentals have one……

“The owners were very communicative and warm, the place was clean and had everything I needed. It is near a trailer park but I stayed 5 nights and never any issues with noise or anything else.
