“We booked a 4 night stay in Agadir for our wedding anniversary. We emailed the hotel for our airport transfer which they kindly arranged without any issues. Mr Houcine called us personally the day before our travel to reassure us that all was ok. On arrival to Agadir airport, our driver was on time, warm & welcoming. A lovely start! We arrived at Sofitel & was greeted with genuine warmth by Mr Houcine & his team. Fatima was helpful, answered any questions we had & showed us to our lovely room……

“Very good evening meal + restaurant staff. Room cleaned perfectly - the cleaners would even do the clean later on if you were occupying the room. Great security staff. Brilliant value for half board. Lifts an absolute nighmare + the only big negative was too many Brits ;-)”

“The staff are the star of the hotel. Samia at reception very helpful very friendly, she worked tirelessly to make our stay enjoyable, and Rizlane too. The nurse Salwa was caring about my son, when he was unwell. Sofiane the chef was very hospitable, he cooked special dishes for my unwell son. The room service and cleaners were cleaning the room every day, very professional. Achraf and entertainment team were amazing and full of fun, they kept us very engaged with lots of activities. ”
