“the stay started with a bit of a problem because facility had issues with amenities and condition. Majority of our family members got either mosquito bites or bed bugs bite all over including me. The staff was exceptional and went out of their way to make us comfortable under those conditions. The rain caused a lot of problems for our family's wedding event but the staff made accommodations and all were exceptional relieving the stress and the burden the rain placed on us. “This was our first time to Mykonos. The property at Kivotos is stunning. Having our own private beach was beyond exciting because all of the beaches charge $40.00 to have a chair and umbrella. The staff was so gracious and kind and bent over backwards to make our stay perfect. Also having a bidet in our room was wonderful as we quickly learned you don’t put toilet paper in the toilets in Greece. I will forever be a fan and recommend Kivotos to anyone wanting a luxury stay in Mykonos!!! Special……

“Staff are so nice and helpful. As i lost the key for my suitcase and need help to break the lock. staff bring the tools for cut it for me. appreciate! And we left something in the saftey box and we left the island already. We called the hotel for help doing the courier services to our next hotel. Problem solved and really help us a lot during the trip. The hotel provide free shuttle to and from the port or airport. not too far from the town in 10mins drive and they provide free shuttle……
