“We loved the beauty and character and decor of the hotel and particularly our room. Staff were exceptionally helpful. I walk with a cane and our check-in young man noticed (i should have noted his name but he wore eye glasses) and moved us from a second floor room to the fabulous first floor room. “I loved the easy late night check-in with friendly 24/7 concierge and self-check-in door code. The apartment was the perfect oasis from the city hustle and bustle, while also being close enough to everything. Comfy bed and pillows. Amazingly fast wifi for remote working including video calls and video uploads. The rooftop patio and pool were nice to chill out. I felt safe as a solo female traveller. Communication with Wynwood was easy and frequent. No complaints. Everything was perfect. ”
