“Jose the concierge person helped us a lot with making reservations at restaurants and transport. He helped get one of our bags from the airport that got lost. The showers and beds were super amazing like staying at a spa. Lots of spots for gathering as we had a party of 8 and the breakfast was unsurpassed delicious. Even had gluten free bread as an option for three of us. ”
