“Me encantó lo bien cuidado que tienen el lugar. El sonido de la naturaleza, la amabilidad de la persona Ana que me ayudó a hacer el check in , su paciencia y empatía. Y lo fácil que me hizo la estancia. No me gustó para nada la calle para llegar al hotel , las colinas demasiado empinadas y curvas en medio de la montaña me dejó asustada y ya no quise regresar durante el día y menos en mi segunda noche por no subir y bajar hacia el hotel. ”

“The property was beautiful and rooms were clean. Upstairs stove was not working. AC good. No loud neighbors, just coqui frogs at night. Communication was very difficult. The manager prefers to use Whats App for communication and her english is patchy. They were slow to respond to concerns and when we were out of TP and papertowels we got no response on Whats app. Confusing to keep track of Whats app, texting and emails. Wish the colored lights on the outside of the building turned off at night.……
