We were also close to some great ocean front bars and restaurants that had great snacks. Juan and Felix couldnt have been nicer and more accommodating, even helping my father in law get a guitar to play on one of the last nights!”

“The house was perfect for our family to enjoy the beach and explore the West side of Puerto Rico. After a long travel day, we appreciated Bryan's assistance helping us find the house in the dark. On our first day, Bryan found us floundering on the beach, and helped us learn the basics of surfing. We also enjoyed exploring Survivor Beach and hiking up to the falls at Charco El Pilon.”

“The Beach Pad was perfect for me and my son who loves to surf. The suite was immaculate, chic decor, cozy bed and very spacious. Check in was a breeze with dedicated parking. Beach is down the block and centrally located to many restaurants and activities in the area including the supermarket and laundry mat. Having beach gear was handy including an umbrella and cooler! The private patio was great for breakfast and made the space bigger including the roof deck on the one day it rained to cool us……

“Very Calm Peaceful Neighborhood, Communication was Great and the House was Nice! Compared to other rentals, they only ask that you leave the kitchen clean, take out the trash and leave the key in the safe box. It was very easy to communicate any questions and everyone was very nice. I didn’t take any photos of the place because we were mostly out sightseeing but the photos in the description are Very Accurate. I would definitely rent from them again!!!”
