“Fantastic place to say. Included everything we needed in amenities. The hot tub was enjoyed even in subzero temperatures. All someone needs to bring are clothes and food - the rest is provided in a well appointed, beautiful building and setting. ”

“My family and I have stayed at all three of the Sanctuary lake houses, and are always impressed with the attention to detail and all the amenities. The new Blackwater Lake place is really amazing. The dining room table is huge with a great view of the lake. The living room had plenty of seating for everyone, which was great for gathering and playing games. The game room and home theater was a life saver when it was raining - the kids loved the laser tag. Having exclusive use of the pontoon……

“Beautiful property to stay at!”

“Was a great space for my family of 6 adults. It is a very new property. The photos don't really do it justice...It is larger and nicer than I expected. Very happy with each of the rooms. An unexpected surprise was the hockey net and pucks at the nearby marina which provided some exercise and entertainment. We had a couple of minor issues...sticking deabolt that delayed entry at check-in and refrigerator water dispenser was not functional. Host quickly communicated about both issues, though the……

“This cabin was a great experience for our family of 4 (2 teens). It's located about 10 min from town yet feels very rural. The cabin is beautifly decorated in a nautical cabin theme and was clean and very inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed and was very well stocked. It even had a drinking water cooler and a smores kit! The screen proch was great at night to get away from bugs and then we moved to the fire pit area (which again was well stocked) and listened to the loons. The sunsets……

“Great location for Leech Lake! Cabin is right in the middle of 3 public Lake access that enter at different points of the lake. Cabin was clean but not prepped for our arrival. Beds are very firm as we are a plush type of mattress people. The cabin had a band-Aid or very clinical smell to it. The local town was very cute and we enjoyed ourselves there! Lots of great little restaurants and shopping! Thank you for the use of your cabin we enjoyed ourselves. ”
