“First off, I must say that Arpit (don't know if he's the owner or manager) is absolutely outstanding in helping with any information or anything needed for the room. The room didn't have any hangers and he sent those immediately. The room is not advertised to have electric kettle but on being asked he provided one with coffee/milk/sugar packets! Having said that, this is a very budget hotel and you would feel that. The upside and the downside of this place is its location. It's in a very busy……

“Stayed here for 3 nights booked rooms Do not book for anything more than 2k. Pathetic service and amenities Booked for delux room but they gave one regular room without informing. When I told them about it they were like we dont have any other room and this is the only option and the new room was only made available next day. We ordered food from outside and ask them to give us plates, they just gave us 1, when asked for few more they said kitchen is closed and we can't give you just plates.……

“Had a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and at a very reasonable rate. The staff was very polite. Will visit again.”

“When I checked-in room was not at all clean along with the bathroom. I could see the bad bugs on the bed. The towels were stinking and very dirty. While using the bathroom drainage was also not proper. However, they have upgraded the room after raising a concern but then there was only one light and the socket was working rest was not working. I called reception no one turned up. Due to these reasons I reduced my stay from 2 days to 1 day. Expedia helped me to refund the amount for 1 day. One……

“Nice hotel. Smallish room. Only issue was I booked online for a twin and they gave us a double. So we had to get a single mattress to put on the floor. Since the room was not very big it became cramped. They should not offer twin as an option if they can't guarantee it.”
