“"It's a cozy and lovely place." occurred to me at the first glance of its little courtyard. The small lanes in the front is just quiet and so different from the surroundings. However, the room is ordinary and especially bathroom is basic. With a four star hotel rates, I think its quality is far away from the price. Our room is located on the ground floor, facing right towards a rooftop restaurant. We booked one month before our arrival and it was so noisy, with no view at all. This is so not……

“Enjoyed the hotel very much. The staff was wonderful. I arrived via train early and they accommodated storing luggage for a few hours. Any requests were met with enthusiasm and friendliness. When I left they packed a breakfast for me to go, as leaving early in the morning. The pool is wonderful! Very clean and refreshing. Staff do great job keeping grounds clean and the rooms clean and comfortable. Very much enjoyed this hotel. ”

It is located at a prime area, major tourist spots are at walkable distance. Frintdesk, Housekeeping and restaurant staff is efficient and polite. Swimming pool is clean. Good is nice. Amazing breakfast. The owners and family are welcoming.They have maintained high standards of the property. Must stay at this hotel when in Udaipur. Highly recommended.”

“We did not stay at the hotel. It was dirty smelly and the entrance to the hotel was lined with poo. In The room the waste bin had spit and dirt and muck on it. The sheets were dirty. The bathroom and toilets were not clean. We could not stay there for these reasons. We would like a full refund. Also the cost online is much cheaper to what we paid to Expedia.we were not happy with the service and the pictures and reviews given on Expedia.com were misleading It was claustrophobic. “First of all the approach road to Zana Lake Resort is horrible. The concept of hotel is different. There is no reception. I called from the room phone intercom to reach the person who checked us in . I tried since early morning till noon. No response. I felt its unsafe when there is no contact with anyone for any need. No mini fridge or ice. No Other activities in the resort area except swimming pool. It's built in remote village area without building infrastructure. I paid $162.21 (13380 Rs).……
