“Staff although speaking very limited English, were extremely nice and as helpful as they could be. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I actually stayed here for a total of 13 nights. Good location with lots of local amenities, there is even a bus stop right outside the hotel. If I were to return to Astana then I would definitely stay here again. ”

“My brother and I had a wonderful experience staying in the Ritz Carlton Astana club room. The room is spacious and have a luxurious modern decoration throughout especially the bathroom with double sinks and lightings. “タクシーを5回くらい使ったが、全ての運転手が知っていた。（タクシー代相場は中心部から1500～2000テンゲ位）。湯沸かしポットがあった（他ではない宿が多かった。）バスタブもあって部屋も広かった。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれた。夕食ビュッフェは味や種類は普通だったが、近くにあまりレストランがない地域だと思うので、（特に自分の場合は年始に宿泊したので）寒い中レストランを探す必要がないだけでも夕食付きにしてよかったなと思った。”

“Desk staff are friendly and willing to help however they are not careful in handling things. They took a wrong registration paper for me and I had to ask twice to change back to my own registration paper. In addition, I was quite disappointed that the airport transport driver didn't show up and I had to take a taxi to the hotel. (I waited 10 minutes so obviously he was late, the driver should be there before passenger arrival)”
