“Desk staff are friendly and willing to help however they are not careful in handling things. They took a wrong registration paper for me and I had to ask twice to change back to my own registration paper. In addition, I was quite disappointed that the airport transport driver didn't show up and I had to take a taxi to the hotel. (I waited 10 minutes so obviously he was late, the driver should be there before passenger arrival)”

“The hotel is in the centre of Astana, but the location is not exactly the same as shown on the map. The room was small, which matched the price paid. The room was full of notifications with fees for damaging hotel property. The staff was not always available, and I had to wait for the breakfast which was just two fried eggs.”

“My brother and I had a wonderful experience staying in the Ritz Carlton Astana club room. The room is spacious and have a luxurious modern decoration throughout especially the bathroom with double sinks and lightings. A special shout out to the club lounge staffs who are all very attentive and meet all our needs throughout our stay. They all have gone higher and beyond our expectations in remembering our names and what we have ordered previously. They have made our short stay extra special by……
