“Property lacking in basic amenities. Did not even bother to change the bed sheets & towels even after I had specifically requested the front office to change it ”

“The road leads to the condo was quite bad as there were many constructions along the way. The property site seems to be safe with parking and living with comfortable bedding. The downside : the dining table top was simply a pc of wood flame and the dining chairs were stained with ?? coffee probably”

“The apartment was clean and comfortable to live in. However, body wash and shampoo weren’t provided adequately even though the ‘big’ bottle was placed in the bathroom. The bathroom was a bit dirty too as I could see stains on the floor. Another thing was the water heater didn't function well. The water was so cold!”

“We enjoy the space of the property. The amenities provided can be better, for example, dish washing was given as hand soap and no hand towels in the toilet.”

“Called number of timea. The host took call twice and said simeone will call . Called back 9 times and waited 90 minutes with family than had to drive back KL. Extrelemly disappointed ”

“Ac didn’t cool / mold on the wall and floor of the shower/ sink did not drain/ construction work around the area very hard getting to the place with all the trucks and road was very bad / the building was old and needed a face lift and the swimming pool was not being cleaned properly.”
