“整體感覺不錯 Shuttle bus服務很好，但是數量應該是不太足夠，因為不清楚要預約，所以到現場有位都是2-3小時以後才有空位，沒機會坐去賭場或樂園”

The big issue is the village surrounding has way too much garbage, plastic bottles and others. Payment of fees for island conservation is paid, what is the money used for? A communal cleaning activity should be implemented.”

“Overall speaking, it is a good experience - the staff are friendly, old fashion construction. But, really really complete on the bathroom - bathtub water drains just slow, furthermore, the construction of shower bath room just totally room, it cannot stop the water from shower "flow" out. after shower, the whole bathroom just "flood"”

“The Chateau is such an exceptional resort with European style. Most importantly, if you'd like to escape from the noise and pollution, the Chateau is obviously your choice! I love the location of the Hotel which's at the top of Berjaya Hill - a place with trees and birds. You won't find any industrial or commercial amenities - and you'll relax as much as you can! But please be aware of the monkeys which might appear anywhere in the Hotel. They're friendly, I suppose. Meanwhile, the staff are……
