“The Chateau is such an exceptional resort with European style. Most importantly, if you'd like to escape from the noise and pollution, the Chateau is obviously your choice! I love the location of the Hotel which's at the top of Berjaya Hill - a place with trees and birds. You won't find any industrial or commercial amenities - and you'll relax as much as you can! But please be aware of the monkeys which might appear anywhere in the Hotel. They're friendly, I suppose. Meanwhile, the staff are……

“Love this place! Definitely my favourite place I stayed at on the trip! So unique, welcoming and well kept. The staff were all super friendly, the owner was welcoming and available to answer questions. It was such a nice and relaxing place that it was a great stop to end our trip to unwind. I would like to run away from home and live here full time, please! Also, the town itself was quite charming with so many alleyways filled with beautiful murals. ”

“Overall its a good place to stay with family or friends. However, they should improve their sewage system as there is a strong stench in the toilets. Air freshners were probided upon request. Good to also take note on details such as providing handsoap in the toilets and kitchen as well. As for the gym, there should be a sign to inform guests to take the key card from the pool towel area. ”

“The stay is good, check in is smooth n check out. The only things is last time they do provide free shuttle bus but now is being charge 7Rm per person. You can prebook the shuttle bus online at 6Rm per person. Since there is no free shuttle bus provide hence there is no need to book hotels around there. Is inconvenient to go anywhere. Overall the stay is good except for the shuttle bus service ”
