“This property was at most the horrible experience. Property is not at all where it states on the website. When we arrived the ceiling was falling due to an old leakage and when I communicated with someone in charge of property, they said maintenance will come. We stood for a week and they came at the second to last day of our stay. It was cold every morning and the windows were patched with garbage bags. “This property was perfect for a trip to NYC as it is located 5 minutes from the train station. We were able to take the train to Yankee Stadium and that was about 30 minutes. The train stops right at the stadium! We also took the train into Grand Central then took a short walk to Times Square to catch a Broadway Show. I highly recommend this place! ”

“It was ok for what we needed it for, but because it’s a basement apartment it was dark and smelled musty especially the bathroom. The kitchen had ants and the water pressure was not very strong in the shower or bathroom sink. We ran out of toilet paper and couldn’t find any spare rolls. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. It was only two nights so overall, it served its purpose. ”
