“My husband and I and our 3 teenage daughters stayed here for 3 nights. We were looking for something relaxing for the parents with some fun for the kids. This property couldnt have been more perfect! Everyone had their own space including bathrooms ( major plus with teenage girls). “Nice modern home. Great location for easy access to downtown and to Riverside state park. Great place to stay with young kids, we always appreciate when there are not lots of trinkets and breakable decorations. Attached garage and single level made everything easy. Close to Safeway, highly recommend curbside pickup, it was so quick and convenient. Would definitely stay again if ever back in the area.”

“Great little addition off the main house. The back shared area was a nice place to sit out and watch the stars. The hot tub looked like it would have been nice if it hadn't been 80 degrees at midnight. It was quick and easy to get downtown.Host was great and quick to communicate.”

“This property was probably the best short term rental I've ever had. It was clean, beautiful decor, excellent location, quiet, great a/c, spacious, comfortable bedding and beds, fluffy towels, well equipped kitchen. Just a perfect home away from home. “Our family adored this charming and well loved property on the Spokane River for my daughter’s college graduation. Although small in appearance from the outside, this home utilized both indoor and outdoor space brilliantly. The sunken living room was cozy and afforded many conversation areas for our family.
