“Overall the hotel was decent for the area and convenient for our travels tourist places around. The staff was friendly and cooperative as well. Family room that I booked was spacious however a bit over priced for that area. The hot/ freshly made breakfast items were good like dosa, chole kulcha. “Our stay at Pratap Mahal in November, 2023 was really very nice. What made the stay very special was that, the hotel which is surrounded by hills had a very serene and relaxing vibe. “Rooms were fantastic, lovely and clean. Great location, walking distance to market and lake. Restaurant food Very nice. However do not book taxi from hotel which I did. A 2 1/2 hour journey took five hours and he stopped at various locations hoping I would be from the shops he obviously gets commission from. Not impressed. I must say however the hotel itself, staff, location, cleanliness and comfort was ten out of ten ”

“The hostess is very thoughtful. Every detail is considered. Everything you need is prepared in the tent, even better than 5-stars hotel. The bedding is clean and comfy. “Very nice hotel for a good value. Friendly service, comfortable and nice rooms, everything in great working order. Two terrific options for meals, and the pool and cabanas are lovely—the perfect way to while away a few hours in the afternoon. It’s also a very easy, 10-minute walk into town.”
