“Really enjoyed my stay and this was my first time going away by myself! Helpful and friendly staff made my experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible! A lady at reception helped organise my shuttle home which was really kind. Food was fresh and tasty, not as many options as other all inclusive buffets I have had but the food was really nice. Good selection of all inclusive drinks. Some you do have to pay for. Nice outdoor area with good sun coverage throughout the day. My main criticism of……

“We got the suite with the pool which is an excellent spacious room with a great view. Room was very clean and nice and better than seen in pictures posted on the site. The hotel itself is a little dated so not sure how the regular rooms look like. Staff is friendly and still a good location. There's a lot of parking in the area and a fairly good spot in Cala Bona and close to Cala Millor. Great dining options in the area too. Try Sa Punta and Mediterranea.”

“Property is in an area with many derelict buildings. It feels safe enough. Hotel itself needs refurbishing. Staff at reception are ok, catering staff not very friendly at all. Noisy room as was situated above the entertainment disco area which thankfully stopped at 11pm.”

Was jedoch etwas gestört hat, war ein ständiges "Knacken" in der Klimaanlage/Heizung und eine Froschfamilie, die zur Schlafenszeit ein Konzert zum Besten gegeben hat. Die Zimmer, das Frühstück und die wundervolle Umgebung waren fantastisch.”

“The staff was absolutely amazing! We arrived late and had not eaten a thing, Joanna (I think that was her name) was kind enough to make us a plate of meats and cheese. Aside from that we wanted to stay in a quiet area away from the city and town crowds. This was an amazing choice. We got a rental car and explored many little towns and even explored Palma de Mallorca. Definitely would come back. ”
