“The staff and service at this hotel were top notch - so pleasant and helpful. The property was very clean and had an necessary amenities. The hotel is also very centrally located, making getting around the city a breeze. The only thing that requires improvement, from my perspective, is adjusting the water temperature in the shower as the flow is not consistent (scalding one moment, cold the next). On the plus side, water pressure was excellent. ”

“J'ai eu beaucoup de plaisir à séjourner dans cet hôtel. Bien situé par rapport aux activités offertes par Kigali, c'est néanmoins un havre de paix, de tranquillité, avec de la verdure. Se relaxer tranquillement après une journée chargée est un réel plaisir, avec un personnel aux petits soins, comme le patron William, d'ailleurs. Beaucoup de disponibilités pour organiser les transports ou des activités.”

“I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The staff is super pleasant and attentive, while giving guests their space, which I find important. The food is totally fantastic! (Naan bread must be tried). My room was spotless clean. Sound isolation from outside noise not optimal, but got used to it after the first night. WiFi was problematic, many dropouts, this should be fixed. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport and that is a major plus as Kigali tends to have traffic jams. Recommended!”
