“When you open the door, there is a bad smell coming from the closet. The bathroom ceiling was leaking all the time. Looking at the attached picture, all the water is dripping from the top. Cleaners did not replenish toilet supplies. Everything else was fine. So my rating is average.”

“這是一間新的飯店.飯店離機場很近,且有免費機場接送服務.當我check in時有先告知幾點需要送我到機場.時間到時飯店的車子已在外等後.飯店到機場只需10分鐘不到.讓搭早班機的我不用再因雅加達塞車而常需要一大早出發.飯店的服務人員非常親切友善.房間小.浴室更小,但整理上還是乾淨的.對於離機場近的優點一切似乎都不再是重點了.這間飯店非常建議搭晚班機到印尼或是要搭早班機離境的人居住.一切都是方便的”

“I never stayed there because Indonesia changed their visa policy while I was enroute. I was forced to fly back home when I was connecting flights in Japan. Fika Rooms wouldn't refund my full stay and still charged me for multiple nights. Their issue should be with the Indonesian government, not me. I already had a bad enough time at the airports arranging things for my return. Fika rooms just added to my miser y.”
