“Communication was horrible, we were not allowed inside and they told us we don’t have a reservation. When we called the host he said we don’t have a reservation but then he called back and said the room has an odor issue that’s why they didn’t let us in. We drove 5 hours to get to that location and we had nowhere to stay. And they still haven’t refunded our money. Overall horrible experience I do not recommend.”

“We were very disappointed by this apartment. The pictures in the listing are not the same pictures as the apartment. The blinds were stuck shut so the salon was very dark for the first 2 days. There was no handle for the inside of the bathroom door so we had to knock to get out. The refrigerator was broken so we took the extra fridge out of one of the bedrooms and brought it into the middle of the salon. The TV only had 3 channels. Apparently there were destructive guests before us but I would……

"應該是一間新的飯店，訂房網站上面提供的地址資訊有問題，旅館附近的道路沒有出現在地圖上。 訂房的時候網站顯示兩張加大單人床，但是實際上單人床的大小大概像船艙裡的單人床，十分狹窄，而所謂的升級房型，比我訂的另外一間沒有升級的還要小，而海景房也只看到一點點範圍的海。 晚上向櫃檯要了冰塊，但顯然是忘記了，過了半小時我們又打了一次電話。 最令人不愉快的事，早上在游泳池沒有看到提供毛巾的地方，也沒有工作人員，所以向櫃檯人員反應，而櫃檯就在游泳池旁邊，櫃檯人員卻動也不動，請我們自己去找工作人員。"
