“應該是一間新的飯店，訂房網站上面提供的地址資訊有問題，旅館附近的道路沒有出現在地圖上。 訂房的時候網站顯示兩張加大單人床，但是實際上單人床的大小大概像船艙裡的單人床，十分狹窄，而所謂的升級房型，比我訂的另外一間沒有升級的還要小，而海景房也只看到一點點範圍的海。 晚上向櫃檯要了冰塊，但顯然是忘記了，過了半小時我們又打了一次電話。 最令人不愉快的事，早上在游泳池沒有看到提供毛巾的地方，也沒有工作人員，所以向櫃檯人員反應，而櫃檯就在游泳池旁邊，櫃檯人員卻動也不動，請我們自己去找工作人員。”

“If you wanna know what it’s like to see mars on earth you must come here. There are many camps in wadi rum but this camp is so beautiful. I stood in the dome and it looked exactly like the pictures. The staff are very friendly the buffet breakfast and dinner was perfect. They even provide you a free stargazing tour at night. The tour guide explained the stars in full detail and even took pictures of us. I came here for my birthday and I’m so happy i did. The rooms don’t have a TV but who need's……

“Whilst this property has a few things that would benefit from tidying up, or modernising, and the dining options are limited, it is the team themselves who make this a great stay and a really good, reasonably priced, conveniently situated hotel in Aqaba. The team at this hotel, and especially the management, are well spoken, polite, supportive, and prepared to go every extra mile that they can to support their guests. “Pobyt bardzo miły, obsługa pomocna. Zdjęcia jednak nie pokazują aktualnego stanu pokoi. Trochę trudno dojechać ze względu na remont dróg. Pieszo na plażę to jednak dłuższy spacer. Miejsce ciche i spokojne. Fajny basen.”

“We booked Mina Hotel but when we arrived to the Hotel they told us the hotel is closed. They told us to go to Golden Tulip Hotel what was just opposite to Mina Hotel.The Hotel receptionist told us the Mina Hotel and The Golden tulip have a some management. So we got the room in Golden Tulip. The Hotel room was very clean.Breakfast was good staff extra friendly and helpful. Location is just perfect. “I had high hopes for this place. A great view of the Red Sea? Our room had no windows, the Wi-Fi barely worked, and there was no hot water in the morning. Private beach - accessable by bus 4x a day. People were super loud in the hallways until 4am. Despite having a reservation for 2 people, we were told we could only have 1 breakfast and lay for the other, but the breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. The bed was fine. There was plenty of room. Overall, very disappointed ”

Ils nous avaient bien renseigné sur la belle ville d'Aqaba et répondu à toutes nos questions. L'hôtel a l'avantage d'être situé au centre-ville d'Aqaba. Et nous avons été satisfaits par l'hôtel Raad. “We arrived there at 11 o'clock and they tried by all possible means to let us check in earlier. The bed was so comfortable and cozy. The private beach is free for the lodger, and it's about 30 minutes away by their free shuttle bus. That was a great beach with astonishing view! All in all, it was a memorable stay and we all had a good time over there.”
