“If you want a boutique experience, this is it. Not fancy but gracious front desk, cosy lounge and perfectly situated. Walk right out into the bustle of downtown Banff. Enjoy rooftop hot tubbing. Take the later ski bus and have French toast at the hotel restaurant. Mount Royal - it’s great ”

“The stream next to the hotel is so beautiful, the room is very cozy, parking is very convenient, the children are very reluctant to leave, we will come back for vacation in the summer vacation, by the way, the internet speed is super fast!!!”

“The property’s is new however the staff are well trained. They were all extremely friendly. Although our hot tub area was not ready, we were able to use the adjoining facilities at The Canoe and it was great. ”

“Came for a quick stay to ski at Marmot and the accommodations are more than adequate. The indoor pool and hot tub was a great feature and the facility was very clean. ”

“The hotel is located in the town of Banff, which is very convenient. The rooms are very cozy and the scenery is very beautiful. There is a hot spring opposite the hotel, and there is a heated swimming pool that children like. The children are reluctant to leave and will come back for vacation in the summer vacation.”
