“The hotel is located in the town of Banff, which is very convenient. The rooms are very cozy and the scenery is very beautiful. There is a hot spring opposite the hotel, and there is a heated swimming pool that children like. The children are reluctant to leave and will come back for vacation in the summer vacation.”

“This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities and a great accommodation environment. Compared to some older hotels, it offers exceptional value for money. The hotel features hot water pools (not sure if they are hot springs), but the design and facilities are significantly better than the famous Upper Hot Springs. “Oh I don’t have enough good words to say about this lovely place. The staff was so sweet, friendly yet professional, willing to help, and genuine. The room was impeccable and room cleaning was great. Located a bit further down on the main street, the 20 minutes walk does require some steps to reach back but it’s worth it all. I would highly recommend Canalta Lodge, anytime!”

“It was really good experience. They are located in very nice place not too far from downtown and they offer free transit pass to go around banff. The staff is very kind and accommodating. I wish they have Indoor pool for kids and adult because the hot pool outside was too hot, you can barely sit for 10-15 minutes. Overall it was nice place to stay.”
