“I gave the amenities a 2 star because they were under construction. They offered amenities at a different location but it wasn’t convenient. Other than that everything was superb! “It was really good experience. They are located in very nice place not too far from downtown and they offer free transit pass to go around banff. The staff is very kind and accommodating. I wish they have Indoor pool for kids and adult because the hot pool outside was too hot, you can barely sit for 10-15 minutes. Overall it was nice place to stay.”

“Great location, a little removed so a short walk to shops. Building well kept, clean and comfortable. My only negative was the pool area. A little dated and strong chlorine smell. Made it impossible to use. Staff and parking is a plus. Great decor. Banff spring feel without the hot to wallet. ”

“Oh I don’t have enough good words to say about this lovely place. The staff was so sweet, friendly yet professional, willing to help, and genuine. The room was impeccable and room cleaning was great. Located a bit further down on the main street, the 20 minutes walk does require some steps to reach back but it’s worth it all. “This was home base for our first vacation in 4 years and first time to Banff.
