“The hotel is located in the town of Banff, which is very convenient. The rooms are very cozy and the scenery is very beautiful. There is a hot spring opposite the hotel, and there is a heated swimming pool that children like. The children are reluctant to leave and will come back for vacation in the summer vacation.”

“飯店好像沒有暖氣，但棉被算保暖，櫃檯人員很熱情服務，三樓有微波爐，清潔設備都齊全，離主街不遠但環境清幽。”

“Living room seemed not spacious for a family to stay. It was good to cook simple food at their kitchen.”

“I gave the amenities a 2 star because they were under construction. They offered amenities at a different location but it wasn’t convenient. Other than that everything was superb! I was travelling with my dog and they were super accommodating. The room was fantastic and the beds so comfortable. I would definitely stay there again! ”

“Hotel was within walking distance to downtown, nice restaurant across the street for breakfast. No restaurant onsite. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. Some furnishings and carpet were a bit outdated and worn. Would stay again ”
