“The hotel is located in the town of Banff, which is very convenient. The rooms are very cozy and the scenery is very beautiful. There is a hot spring opposite the hotel, and there is a heated swimming pool that children like. The children are reluctant to leave and will come back for vacation in the summer vacation.”

“The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The bedding was not changed every guest and the towels were disgusting! The smell of male bodily fluids clung to the towels and you could smell it when you entered the bathroom, and there was actually a blood stain on one of the towels that hadn't washed off. It was disgusting! Don't waste your money challenging your bottom……

“Everything was great. I do believe they should offer a microwave and a kettle without additional charge. I have read other reviews where they’ve explained their reasons for not providing it so i’m not holding it against them. Just saying, it’d be nice to have it.”
