“Plain basic motel ”

“原来的华美达旅行酒店接手的，未做装修改造，比较陈旧了，除了床铺还可以，其他都该翻新装修了。”

“The staff are friendly and nice, with water dispenser on each floor for easy water refilling. There is also a good pub right next door for quality dining. On the downside, the room and the equipment is a bit worn down (e.g. loose socket, aged building materials) and the room doesn't come with all the sanity packs one usually expected (although they are available upon request). It is also pretty noisy throughout day and night, with party sounds coming from nearby pubs and emergency vehicles'……

“Ideal place for downtown visitors”

“6 -10 minutes walking distance to supermarket. Few homeless people 3 blocks away. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful except forgot to give me a morning call on Oct 12, 2023 which l had requested the day before ( late afternoon on Oct 11 ). Recommend to stay at rooms with the river view because the other side of the building has a nearly Fire Rescue Station, quite noisy. ”

“Valet parking staff were very friendly and efficient. Friendly front desk experience checking in and out. The rooms where really comfortable, had mini fridge and microwave.”

“LOCATION!!!!!!. In the middle od the downtown shops, restaurants and nightlife. Very clean rooms. Staff was very friendly and professional. Paulo( i think that was his name) at the bar was also very friendly and quite entertaining. Our visit was short but we enjoyed ourselves ”

“The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The bedding was not changed every guest and the towels were disgusting! The smell of male bodily fluids clung to the towels and you could smell it when you entered the bathroom, and there was actually a blood stain on one of the towels that hadn't washed off. It was disgusting! Don't waste your money challenging your bottom……
