“The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The bedding was not changed every guest and the towels were disgusting! The smell of male bodily fluids clung to the towels and you could smell it when you entered the bathroom, and there was actually a blood stain on one of the towels that hadn't washed off. It was disgusting! Don't waste your money challenging your bottom……

“This is the four time staying in this hotel. Stayed for two nights. Clean and tidy, many restaurants and a supermarket just across the street. Very quiet neighborhood. The only suggestion is to add an extension pipe to the shower head which is installed too high and can’t be adjusted.”

“The staff are friendly and nice, with water dispenser on each floor for easy water refilling. There is also a good pub right next door for quality dining. On the downside, the room and the equipment is a bit worn down (e.g. loose socket, aged building materials) and the room doesn't come with all the sanity packs one usually expected (although they are available upon request). It is also pretty noisy throughout day and night, with party sounds coming from nearby pubs and emergency vehicles'……
