“The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The bedding was not changed every guest and the towels were disgusting! The smell of male bodily fluids clung to the towels and you could smell it when you entered the bathroom, and there was actually a blood stain on one of the towels that hadn't washed off. It was disgusting! Don't waste your money challenging your bottom……

“I've stayed at hundreds of hotels and this was the quickest check-in I've had! The staff at the desk were pleasant and gave good information about the shuttle and amenities. They had a late checkout option for 2 pm for a very reasonable fee that made out day waiting for our flight much more pleasant!”

“Great location just within 10 minutes drive from Calgary airport. They offer free shuttle service to the airport that runs every 30 minutes. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet selection looks good but we didn’t have time to enjoy it. ”
