“I gave the amenities a 2 star because they were under construction. They offered amenities at a different location but it wasn’t convenient. Other than that everything was superb! I was travelling with my dog and they were super accommodating. The room was fantastic and the beds so comfortable. I would definitely stay there again! ”

“The hotel is located in the town of Banff, which is very convenient. The rooms are very cozy and the scenery is very beautiful. There is a hot spring opposite the hotel, and there is a heated swimming pool that children like. The children are reluctant to leave and will come back for vacation in the summer vacation.”

“The Malcolm has become my favourite hotel to stay in Canmore. The amenities are superb.. hot tub..fire pit & pool. I’ve enjoyed many first class meals at the Stirling where lovely Jessica has been my hostess. I chose a Malcolm Royal King room overlooking the Mount Lady Macdonald & Policeman’s Creek from the top floor this time, much quieter than the pool view. My room was spacious and comfy. “Well, our family planned a trip to Banff National park, the third largest park in the world. We booked the hotel for six nights. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was quite nice, she helped us check in. When I had some questions regarding my rental car deals, she and another staff also helped me a lot.
