“This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities and a great accommodation environment. Compared to some older hotels, it offers exceptional value for money. The hotel features hot water pools (not sure if they are hot springs), but the design and facilities are significantly better than the famous Upper Hot Springs. “The hotel is located in the town of Banff, which is very convenient. The rooms are very cozy and the scenery is very beautiful. There is a hot spring opposite the hotel, and there is a heated swimming pool that children like. The children are reluctant to leave and will come back for vacation in the summer vacation.”

“Overall the hotel was really nice with great pool and hot tubs. We also enjoyed the boardgames and pool table on the 2nd floor. However, for paying the price we did we were disappointed how our bathrom sink was clogged. Even after someone came to try fixing it made no difference. In addition, the AC wasn't working properly either as it would not go below 20C. Lastly, when we ordered drinks and food by the pool it took over an hour before they brought it and that was after we flagged a server……
