“The hotel is located in the town of Banff, which is very convenient. The rooms are very cozy and the scenery is very beautiful. There is a hot spring opposite the hotel, and there is a heated swimming pool that children like. The children are reluctant to leave and will come back for vacation in the summer vacation.”

“Walking distance to Lake Louise. Strict check-in time. Hotel was decent and clean. Restaurant server was dishonest.”

“We had a fabulous one night stay at the Whistler's Inn. We were greeted by the friendly front desk staff who allowed us to check in early and provided us with a free upgrade to the only room in the hotel with a balcony. She shared helpful information about the hotel and we enjoyed both food and drink at the pub. The hot tub provided a nice view of the mountains and the only negative I can think of was that the glass in front of the hot tub was a bit dirty and so that impacted the view. Overall,……

“In the first night, the room is terrible. The furniture is in bad condition. The room is old and dirty. However, the hotel staff knows our feelings. They changed another room for us next day. That one was completely different. That room was excellent. All the negative comments in the last room changed to positive comments would be the right comments in the next day.”
