“The door was very sticky, hard to open or the key just didn’t work at all. Spent most of our time away from the hotel so it was just a minor inconvenience. Did have to ask for more towels and garbage bags ”

“It was a good stay. My kids enjoyes the pool and thr breakfast was good. However, we were on the second floor, so the peiple above us..their children were stomping arpund at the crack of down...that was my only downfall ”

“The king size family room was awesome for our family of 5. The pool area was so fun, and my 4 year old loved how the gentle waves took her back and forth! I just wish they told us online or before getting there that the water slides (and waves) are only open/on when there’s a lifeguard on duty, so only from 5-10 at night. One slide was also out of service, which was disappointing. They give you kids eat free vouchers for Tony Roma’s, for dinner and/or breakfast, which we didn’t take advantage of……
